AdSense Analytics, Inc. ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our marketing analytics platform and related services (collectively, the "Service").

  • Advertising platform data — campaign metrics, impression counts, and conversion events ingested from connected ad accounts you authorise.

Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using AdSense Analytics. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (or the organisation you represent) and AdSense Analytics, Inc. You represent that you have the authority to enter into this agreement. If you are accepting on behalf of an organisation, "you" refers to that organisation.

2. Your Account

  • You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.
  • You must notify us immediately at [email protected] of any unauthorised access.
  • One person or entity may not operate multiple free-trial accounts.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation.
  • Transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, or infringes third-party rights.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
  • Use automated means (scrapers, bots) to access the Service beyond our published API limits.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service or its infrastructure.
  • Use the Service to build a competing product or to benchmark against us without our written consent.

4. Intellectual Property

AdSense Analytics and its licensors retain all intellectual property rights in the Service, including all software, algorithms, designs, and documentation. These Terms do not grant you any right, title, or interest in the Service beyond the limited licence to use it as described herein.

You retain ownership of all data you upload or connect to the Service ("Customer Data"). You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process Customer Data solely to provide the Service to you.

5. Payment & Billing

  • Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis as selected at checkout.
  • All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or outlined in our Refund Policy.
  • We may change pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
  • Overdue accounts may be suspended. Accounts suspended for more than 60 days may be terminated.

6. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases, and we will handle your data pursuant to the Privacy Policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AdSense Analytics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the greater of (a) the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim or (b) USD $100.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California, and you consent to personal jurisdiction therein.
